Warranties
As hard as we try, neither we nor the product manufacturers are perfect so problems do arise. It is C.A.T.'s contention that once a customer has a problem, they have been inconvenienced enough. C.A.T. will go out of it's way to ensure problems are handled as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Warranty Prevention
C.A.T. is careful about selecting product that will provide years of uninterrupted service and even more so when it comes to the quality of the installation. Our goal is to minimize the chance that any problem could arise.
Mobile Warranty Service
All warranty work within our normal AND extended service areas are handled by C.A.T. with no charge to you or your customer. C.A.T. will travel the state of Florida to honor our warranties. Warranty work outside of our normal or extended service areas are handled on an individual basis. Work which falls outside of our normal business hours are also handled on an individual basis.
Remember though, it is our goal to make warranty work as painless as possible for your customer.
