As hard as we try, neither we nor the product manufacturers are perfect so problems do arise. It is C.A.T.'s contention that once a customer has a problem, they have been inconvenienced enough. C.A.T. will go out of it's way to ensure problems are handled as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Warranty Prevention
C.A.T. is careful about selecting product that will provide years of uninterrupted service and even more so when it comes to the quality of the installation. Our goal is to minimize the chance that any problem could arise.
Mobile Warranty Service
All warranty work within our normal AND extended service areas are handled by C.A.T. with no charge to you or your customer. C.A.T. will travel the state of Florida to honor our warranties. Warranty work outside of our normal or extended service areas are handled on an individual basis. Work which falls outside of our normal business hours are also handled on an individual basis.
Remember though, it is our goal to make warranty work as painless as possible for your customer.

Product Warranty Classification
C.A.T.'s product line is classified A and B. Class A products provide better performance, more features and greater longevity. Class A products are eligible for our 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty only when installed into new vehicles. Class B products are good performers, lack some features and don't last as long as Class A products.
C.A.T. does not recommend the installation of Class B products into new or 'sold' used vehicles.
Repeat customers and their recommendations are extremely important to any dealership. The 'premature' failure of Class B products can reflect poorly on your dealership. Class B products installed into used 'stock' units are usually associated with the previous owner and do not reflect directly onto your dealership.

Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
As a business with a conscience, C.A.T. offers a limited lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. All connections, mountings and wire routings made by C.A.T. are covered by this warranty. No parts are covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if C.A.T. determines that someone other than C.A.T. could have caused the problem. No warranty work, outside of that which is directly handled by C.A.T., is authorized by C.A.T. without prior, written authorization. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser/owner and does not transfer to subsequent owners.

C.A.T. offers a discretionary 3-year or 36,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) on all class a products when installed into new vehicles. This warranty uses current profits to supplement costs involved in maintaining said warranty. Product warranty is the responsibility of the original manufacturer. Any product needing replacement within C.A.T.'s Discretionary Warranty period but past it's manufacturers warranty may incur a charge covering only the product. C.A.T. frequently surpasses this warranty but does so at it's own discretion. No warranty work, outside of that which is directly handled by C.A.T., is authorized by C.A.T. without prior, written authorization. This warranty applies only to the original new vehicle owner and does not transfer to subsequent owners.
